Atlanta Schools Target in Federal Investigation

Schools in Atlanta are under federal investigation following an unexplainable rise in test scores in the last decade. Interviews are being conducted presently, but no subpeonas or charges have been filed. These test scores are used in rating a school and district's performance under the No Child Left Behind Act, and higher scores mean more grants from the state and federal government. If these allegations are true, criminal charges will be filed.
