8th Annual Wine South Festival Sept 28-30

Each year Wine South features special guest speakers
from the wine industry to guide you through wine
education with wonderful, seated tastings in the
morning before the gates to the Grand Event open.
For just $35 per person, these sessions are
great values and a great way to "warm up"
to the weekend event at the
Georgia World Congress Center

Seminars:
Saturday morning sessions 9-29-07:
"Bubbly 101 - 11:30 a.m. "
Maureen will teach the ins and outs of starting a wine club. From France’s esteemed Champagne, Italy’s Spumante, Spain’s Cava and South Africa’s Cape Classique, attendees will swirl, sniff and sip their way through a variety of worldly sparkling wines in this interactive discussion. A tasting of 4 sparkling wines with light food.

Sunday morning sessions 9-30-07:
"Wines to Cool the Heat! - 11:30 a.m. "
Maureen will host a seminar with a kick, guiding guests through pairing wines with spicy foods. Four wines will be tasted along with light food.
Cost: $35 per person
